Why It Works
The Soft Silver formula is deliberately built to straddle Level 9 and Level 10 in its product selection — the 10/1 lightens the visual perception while the 9/1 provides the silver body. The 10/0 natural is the "soft" component — it prevents the silver from reading stark or harsh by adding luminosity without warmth. The 0/11 at a restrained dose provides the directional blue-cool that tips the result from ash to silver. [S2]
Common Mistakes
(1) Applying equal doses to grey and pigmented sections — grey hair is unpigmented and highly porous; it absorbs toner far more intensely. SOLUTION: Dilute the formula for grey sections in the last 10 minutes. (2) Processing beyond 20 minutes on porous Level 9 hair.

Maintenance
Refresh every 4–5 weeks. Home: alternating blue and violet shampoo. Bond maintenance 3× per week.
